🔧 Políticas de Servicio

J&L AC HEATING-SYSTEMS CORPORATION

1️⃣ Alcance del Servicio

JL Heating System presta servicios de instalación, mantenimiento y reparación de sistemas de aire acondicionado y calefacción (HVAC) únicamente dentro del alcance descrito en la cotización, factura o contrato aprobado por el cliente.

Cualquier trabajo, material o modificación no incluida expresamente será considerada servicio adicional y deberá ser autorizada previamente por el cliente.

2️⃣ Diagnóstico y Cotizaciones

Las cotizaciones se elaboran con base en una inspección técnica inicial.

El diagnóstico tiene como objetivo identificar posibles fallas, no garantiza una reparación inmediata.

Las cotizaciones pueden variar si se detectan:

  • Fallas ocultas
  • Condiciones no visibles inicialmente
  • Requerimientos de códigos locales o estatales

3️⃣ Trabajos Adicionales

Si durante el servicio se detectan reparaciones adicionales:

  • El cliente será informado oportunamente
  • No se ejecutará ningún trabajo extra sin autorización previa
  • Los trabajos adicionales pueden modificar el costo y el tiempo de entrega

4️⃣ Garantías

JL Heating System ofrece garantía únicamente sobre la mano de obra y los equipos instalados por la empresa, según lo indicado en el contrato o factura.

Las garantías de los equipos están sujetas a los términos del fabricante.

La garantía NO cubre:

  • Desgaste normal
  • Uso inadecuado del equipo
  • Falta de mantenimiento
  • Daños eléctricos externos
  • Intervenciones realizadas por terceros

5️⃣ Responsabilidades del Cliente

El cliente se compromete a:

  • Facilitar acceso seguro y libre al área de trabajo
  • Mantener alejados a niños, mascotas u otros riesgos durante el servicio
  • Informar sobre reparaciones previas, modificaciones o fallas conocidas
JL Heating System no será responsable por retrasos o costos adicionales derivados de falta de acceso o condiciones inseguras.

6️⃣ Horarios, Retrasos y Acceso

Los servicios se programan dentro de rangos horarios acordados.

Pueden existir retrasos por tráfico, clima, emergencias o servicios previos.

Citas perdidas o acceso negado pueden generar un cargo por visita, conforme a la normativa local.

7️⃣ Cumplimiento de Códigos y Permisos

Todos los trabajos se realizan conforme a los códigos locales, estatales y federales vigentes en Estados Unidos.

Los permisos, inspecciones o adecuaciones requeridas por código y no contempladas inicialmente pueden generar costos adicionales.

JL Heating System no se hace responsable por incumplimientos previos a la intervención.

8️⃣ Limitación de Responsabilidad

En la medida permitida por la ley:

  • JL Heating System no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuenciales
  • La responsabilidad máxima de la empresa se limita al monto efectivamente pagado por el servicio contratado

9️⃣ Condiciones de Pago

Las condiciones de pago se detallan en la cotización o factura.

El incumplimiento de pago puede resultar en:

  • Suspensión del servicio
  • Acciones de cobro permitidas por la ley

🔟 Aceptación de las Políticas

Al aprobar una cotización, solicitar un servicio o permitir el inicio de los trabajos, el cliente acepta estas Políticas de Servicio en su totalidad.

🔧 Service Policies

JL A/C-HEATING SYSTEMS LLC

1️⃣ Scope of Service

JL Heating System provides installation, maintenance, and repair services for air conditioning and heating systems (HVAC) only within the scope described in the quote, invoice, or contract approved by the client.

Any work, material, or modification not expressly included will be considered an additional service and must be previously authorized by the client.

2️⃣ Diagnosis and Quotes

Quotes are prepared based on an initial technical inspection.

The diagnosis aims to identify possible failures and does not guarantee immediate repair.

Quotes may vary if the following are detected:

  • Hidden failures
  • Conditions not initially visible
  • Local or state code requirements

3️⃣ Additional Work

If additional repairs are detected during service:

  • The client will be promptly informed
  • No extra work will be performed without prior authorization
  • Additional work may modify cost and delivery time

4️⃣ Warranties

JL Heating System offers warranty only on labor and equipment installed by the company, as indicated in the contract or invoice.

Equipment warranties are subject to manufacturer's terms.

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use of equipment
  • Lack of maintenance
  • External electrical damage
  • Interventions performed by third parties

5️⃣ Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to the work area
  • Keep children, pets, or other hazards away during service
  • Inform about previous repairs, modifications, or known failures
JL Heating System will not be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from lack of access or unsafe conditions.

6️⃣ Schedules, Delays, and Access

Services are scheduled within agreed time ranges.

Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, emergencies, or previous services.

Missed appointments or denied access may result in a visit charge, according to local regulations.

7️⃣ Code Compliance and Permits

All work is performed in accordance with current local, state, and federal codes in the United States.

Permits, inspections, or code-required adaptations not initially contemplated may generate additional costs.

JL Heating System is not responsible for non-compliance prior to intervention.

8️⃣ Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • JL Heating System will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • The company's maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the contracted service

9️⃣ Payment Terms

Payment terms are detailed in the quote or invoice.

Non-payment may result in:

  • Service suspension
  • Collection actions permitted by law

🔟 Acceptance of Policies

By approving a quote, requesting a service, or allowing work to begin, the client accepts these Service Policies in their entirety.
